Mille Vini
Mille Vini’s new menu has a strong emphasis on classic recipes from all Italian regions, with handcrafted pasta. Using fresh and seasonal ingredients. Mille Vini has an extensive wine concept, with a focus on local producers with Italian varieties and new emerging Italian wines. The cocktail list is adventurous and fun.

Mille Vini tasting plate comprising three snacks that will rotate on a daily basis.
- zucchini flowers, truffle pecorino, honey blossom
- crostini with anchovies Cetara
- prosciutto, melone and stracciatella
- tuna crudo
The wine will be a 2018 Pieve Vecchia, Bianco Veronese IGT.
Garganega is the grape, so we are in the Soave area. The wine is also organic and vegan.
Offer available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays for the whole service.
