With The Blue Door, Chef Dylan Cashman brings home his years of restaurant experience in three different continents and passion for regenerative agriculture with a fresh and weekly changing tasting menu that reduces stress on our food supply chain.
The Blue Door likes to keep things local with both the food and the wine program highlighting how diverse NSW really is. Don’t like tasting menus? The Blue Door is also open on Monday and Tuesday nights as a snack & wine bar!
